Changes to the Euskotren tram service in Bilbao for the Athletic - PSG match on Wednesday 10 December

On Wednesday 10 December, Euskotren will make changes to its tram service in Bilbao for the Athletic - PSG match at San Mamés at 9.00 p.m. on Wednesday 10 December.

The tram service will be partially disrupted for Matchday 6 of the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE to ensure safety in the vicinity of San Mamés station, in coordination with Bilbao City Council. The changes will be as follows:

· The service will not run between the PÍO BAROJA and LA CASILLA stops between 5.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. That means that the service will run between BOLUETA and PÍO BAROJA between the above times.

· The service will not run between EUSKALDUNA and LA CASILLA from 9.00 p.m. to the end of the service on 10 December. Therefore, the trams will only run on the BOLUETA-EUSKALDUNA section from 9.00 p.m. to the end of the service.

The regular service will run during the rest of the day.

Anybody wishing to use the tram to travel back towards Bolueta will have to catch it from the Euskalduna stop. Barik travel cards should be used to pay the fare to expedite people getting on the tram.
