Euskotren to modify the Bilbao tramway service during Carnival

Euskotren will modify the Bilbao tramway service on 13, 14 and 17 February due to the different Carnival parades being held.

The tramway service will be disrupted between the Arriaga and Pío Baroja stops for the planned parades on the following days and times (approximate times due to possible changes to the parades): 

• Friday 13 February: 
 - Morning: between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m.
 - Evening: between 6.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.

• Saturday 14 February:      
 - Morning: between 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m.
 - Evening: between 4.15 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.

• Tuesday 17 February:
 - Evening: between 7.30 p.m. and 8.40 p.m.


During the disruptions to the service on Friday 13th (morning and evening) and on the evenings of Saturday 14 and Tuesday 17 February, trams will run between Bolueta and Arriaga every 15 minutes; while the frequency between Pío Baroja and La Casilla will continue to be every 12 minutes.
