The Euskoten Basque Railway Museum will run four steam trains next weekend.
Euskotren, a publicly-run company of the Basque Government, will run night underground (Line 3 in Bilbao) and railway (Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa) services from next weekend. The Company will partially restore an interrupted service, with it ending earlier, as part of the process to adapt the schedule to the different measures implemented during the situation caused by COVID-19.
Euskotren, a Basque Government publicly-run company, will activate the summer timetable on Monday 8 June for its railway, underground and tramway services (in Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz), including the train-bus shuttle to Usansolo Hospital.

The Euskotren Basque Railway Museum, a Public Company dependent on the Basque Government, will operate 10 Steam Trains this Easter, starting on 18 April (Maundy Thursday). This will be the launch of the 2019 Historic Train Season of the Basque Railway Museum. The trains run between the museum’s facilities in Azpeitia and Lasao.
On Tuesday, the Basque Railway Museum, which belongs to Euskotren, a Public Company dependent on the Basque Government, opened an exhibition dedicated to the “Pyrenean Iron Route”. It is a traveling exhibition put on display at the various museums that make up this route, including the Basque Railway Museum (Azpeitia-Gipuzkoa).
