One way (1 occasional trip)

• Number of trips: 1 trip between 2 Euskotren tranbia Gasteiz stops.
• Validation: These tickets do not need to be validated.
• Personal/multi-person: This is a ticket for a single person.
• Expiry date: 50 minutes after purchase.

General BAT Card (Anonymous/Registered)

• Number of trips: A combined card; one trip for each validation on the pre-paid card (€5-90). Once it has been topped-up, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances as the balance in the wallet becomes a fully functioning transport ticket for use on the operators that belong to the BAT System. Equally, any remnant of the balance cannot be transformed into time-limited tickets or vice versa. A single ticket can be validated several times if all the people travelling on it take the same route.
• Validation: Validation is obligatory before each trip and the current fare will be discounted from the card. It can be used to travel by tram and suburban bus, on a single operator or combining operators. In this case, changing between various Tram-Bus modes entitles the user to a 45% bonus on the sum of the cost of the trips of each operator. This amount will be discounted from the second part of the trip, allowing a maximum of 50 minutes between the first and second validation.
• Personal/multi-person: Multiperson and transferable.
• Expiry date: The card expires after 7 years; the existing balance never expires.

Personalised General BAT Card (Personalised)

• Number of trips: This is a combined card; one trip for each validation on the €5-90 pre-paid card, and an unlimited number of trips on the monthly card (30 days). Once it has been topped-up, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances as the balance in the wallet, and the amount paid for time-limited tickets, become a fully functioning transport ticket for use on the operators that belong to the BAT System. Equally, any remnant of the balance cannot be transformed into time-limited tickets or vice versa.
• Validation: Validation of the wallet card (discounting the amount established for the current fare) and the monthly card is obligatory before each trip. It can be used to travel by tram and suburban bus, on a single operator or combining operators. In this case, changing between various Tram-Bus modes entitles the user to a 45% bonus on the sum of the cost of the trips of each operator. This amount will be discounted from the second part of the trip, allowing a maximum of 50 minutes between the first and second validation.

BAT 30 DAYS (Personalised general)

• Number of trips: Unlimited trips between Eurkotren Tram stops for 30 days.
• Validation: It must be validated before each trip. Passengers travelling without validating their 30D ticket will be considered passengers without tickets and fined 50 euros on route.
• Personal/multi-person: This is a personal and non-transferable ticket.
• Expiry date: 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Identification Card: Personalised BAT Card, together with a National Id. Card. This 30D ticket can only be uploaded to a personalised BAT card, no more than 7 days in advance.

BAT 30 DÍAS GAZTEA (General Personalised)

• Number of trips: Unlimited trips between Euskotren Tram stops and on Tuvisa buses for 30 days.
• Validation: It must be validated before each trip. Passengers travelling without validating their monthly 30D Gaztea ticket will be considered passengers without tickets and fined 50 euros on route.
• Personal/multi-person: This is a personal and non-transferable ticket for people under the age of 26 who are registered residents of Vitoria-Gasteiz and have an annual income of less than 2.5 of the Public Index of Multiple Purpose Income (IPREM - for people over 16).
• Expiry date: 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Identification Card: Personalised BAT Card, together with your National Id. Card, and with the youth profile you have to activate as follows:

1. Submit documents (registration of residency and income) at Civic Centres.
2. Activate the personalised card at the Tram Information Office (OIT).
3. Buy a time-limited 30D Gaztea ticket at the tram vending machines or at Kutxabank ATMs.

BAT Berezi Card (Personalised)

• Number of trips: cards for people over the age of 65 or with a disability level of 65% or more. It entitles users to a trip each time it is validated.
• Validation: Validation is obligatory before each trip and the current fare will be discounted from the card.
• Personal/multi-person: This is a personal and non-transferable ticket. Expiry date: The card expires after 7 years; the existing balance never expires.
• Identification Card: BAT Berezi Card together with a National Id. Card.
